Welcome to Eria Serenity Studio

In the heart of Winnipeg, where the seasons flow from stillness to renewal, Eria Serenity Studio was created as a space for deep care, gentle restoration, and intentional healing.

About your RMT

Hi, I’m Erika, RMT and the heart behind Eria Serenity studio.

My approach to massage is calm, grounded and thoughtful. I focus on creating a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and let your body release tension at its own pace. Each session is guided by what your body needs - nothing rushed, nothing forced.

Whether you’re coming in for relief, rest, or simply a moment to breathe, my intention is to offer care that feels steady, respectful and genuinely restorative.

The name Eria draws its meaning from two sources:

In the botanical world, Eria is a rare orchid — a symbol of beauty, resilience, and delicate balance.

From Greek roots, it reflects eirÄ“nÄ“, meaning peace — the kind of calm we believe everyone deserves.

Our work is grounded in the understanding that healing is more than easing muscle tension. It’s about supporting the whole person — body, mind, and nervous system — in a safe, non-judgmental environment.

At Eria Serenity Studio, we believe that grounded care creates the foundation for elevated healing. And that every session should leave you feeling lighter, freer, and more at peace.

"I work in an office and was struggling to type because my muscles were so tight. Erika explained what I was doing both at work and at home that was contributing to it and was able to loosen everything up and I was able to keep the pain away a year later."

-Allison O, Winnipeg.
